Delete your Gruvato account
Enter the email address you use with Gruvato. We will email you a link; open it and press Delete my account to finish.
- Deleting removes your email address, sign-in, devices, consent record, recording look-ups and split records. It cannot be undone.
- A split still running is cancelled and its token is not charged. Tokens you have left are lost.
- Records of tokens granted, bought and spent are kept without your email address, under a random account number. They still list the recordings you prepared by ID and file hash.
- If you are an invited tester who made a Google Play test purchase, a record of which devices received a test pack is also kept, without your email address, so the same device cannot get repeated free test packs.
